Dr. Ntakirutimana Theoneste has a PhD of Environmental Engineering (2013), Master of Environmental Science and Engineering (2009) and his first degree was Civil Engineering and Environmental technology (2005). Dr Theoneste is currently a lecturer in the University of Rwanda, College of Medicine and Health Sciences. He has published 11 publications in well recognized international journals indexed in SCI, SCIE, ASCI, EI as well as ISI Thomson. Dr. Theoneste research and consultancy interests include, Air, water and soil pollution, ecological risk assessment, water and waste water treatment, environmental management, wetlands and environmental health assessment among others. He is a reviewer of The East African Journal of Science and Technology. He has extensive experience in environmental sciences and engineering projects. He works well in challenging, fast-paced, high-stress and deadline-oriented environments, individually or as part of a team. He is focused on consistent quality work and a desire to simplify and innovate the daily operations. He has excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze situations accurately and effectively.
